Life Goes On
Life goes on. Life goes on……
These few words have been drumming through my head lately over the past few days. I’ve been through an emotional roller coaster as of late and it’s really been starting to drag me down. What happened you ask? Well, let’s just say that I’ve been forced to make some unexpected decisions career-wise that I didn’t expect or see coming. Major Bummer! But alas, like the Beatles song says, Life goes on.
Outfit Details: Blouse – Mossimo, Skinny Jeans – Old Navy (similar here), Shoes – Nine West (also had my eye on these babies), Sunnies- Steve Madden, Sequined Clutch – Express, Necklace – Gift from Grandmother, Studded Cuff – Bauble Bar, Serpent Ring- ThreadSence, Watch – Forever 21
So, my solution to brighten my mood? Throw on one of my favorite girly sheer polka-dot blouses (complete with a pink bow), grab a sequined clutch, throw on some heels and my over sized Steve Madden sunnies and head out to the door to enjoy the sun and beautiful weather. Emotions aside, not to worry, I’m a tough girl and I’ll be fine. I refuse to let things like this get me down! Like my father always tells me, “Keep on keepin’ on!” Good advice, Dad, good advice.
”Obla Di Obla Da, life goes on brah!…..Lala how the life goes on!” Leave it to the Beatles to cheer you up when you need it with a silly, fun and lighthearted song. Just in case you find yourself needing a little “pick me up”, here ya go!
